Craig McIntyre, Founder and CEO

Craig McIntyre is an executive leader in the development and delivery of large-scale destination, entertainment, and mixed-use projects, with experience spanning the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He has led complex initiatives across multiple asset classes, working from early-stage concept and investment framing through delivery and operations. His work integrates creative, commercial, and operational thinking to ensure projects are both compelling in vision and viable in execution.

Most recently, McIntyre served as President of Qiddiya, overseeing the development of a broad portfolio of entertainment, cultural, and sports assets at giga-project scale. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of Universal Studios Japan, leading major development and expansion initiatives.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Miral Experiences and Chief Operating Officer of Miral Asset Management, where he led the repositioning and growth of Yas Island destination assets, including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Universal Destinations & Experiences and Hard Rock International, contributing to the development of major branded destinations including Universal CityWalk and Universal Studios Japan.

Across his career, McIntyre has operated at the intersection of development, creative direction, and delivery, bringing a disciplined approach to turning vision into investable, buildable, and operable projects.


Gentry Akens, Executive Creative Director

Gentry Akens is an executive creative director with more than 35 years of experience shaping entertainment, brand, and destination experiences across film, television, themed environments, and consumer products.

He has led the creative development of large-scale productions and brand extensions for global entertainment companies, translating IP and original concepts into audience-facing experiences across physical environments, media platforms, and live entertainment.

Akens previously served as Director of Creative Development for Universal Orlando Resort’s CityWalk, where he led the design and delivery of major entertainment venues, including Bob Marley’s Tribute to Freedom and other live entertainment destinations. As Head of Creative Development at Hasbro, he directed the expansion of brands including G.I. Joe, Transformers, and My Little Pony across film, television, live experiences, and digital media.

His film and television work includes production design and art direction for projects including Almost Christmas, Good Deeds, The Waltons: Homecoming, and Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas.

Across his career, Akens has led multidisciplinary creative teams across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a disciplined approach to concept development and creative execution.


Kristine Kawai, Head of Strategy

Kristine Kawai is a technology and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex programs across media, entertainment, and technology. Her work focuses on aligning creative, operational, and technology teams to deliver large-scale initiatives from strategic vision through execution.

As Executive Producer at Universal Studios Japan, Kawai led global teams delivering more than $800 million in attraction design and installation projects while supporting long-range master planning initiatives. She also established the organizational structure and operational framework for a new design studio responsible for seasonal installations and attraction overlays.

At The Walt Disney Company, she managed a $350 million annual capital portfolio spanning broadcast infrastructure, media distribution, advertising technology, and digital product development. Her work included integration initiatives across Disney business units and major acquisitions including Lucasfilm, Hulu, and Fox. She later joined Amazon as part of the founding leadership team for Inclusive Experiences & Technology.

She holds an MBA from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley.


Orrin Shively, Senior Creative Director

Orrin Shively is a creative executive with more than 25 years of experience developing consumer-facing experiences across digital media, products, immersive environments, and themed entertainment.

He has led the design and development of branded experiences and location-based activations, working across physical environments and media platforms to translate global IP into coherent, guest-facing outcomes.

Shively previously served as a Creative Executive at NBCUniversal Live Entertainment, where he directed the development of experiences extending major global IP including Fast & Furious, Trolls, Jurassic Park, and Minions into physical environments.

Prior to NBCUniversal, he spent nearly three decades with The Walt Disney Company across Imagineering, R&D, corporate, and consumer products, contributing to the design and delivery of major attractions in Tokyo, Paris, and Orlando.

Across his career, Shively has operated at the intersection of concept development and execution, bringing a structured approach to translating creative intent into deliverable, scalable experiences.

He holds a degree from ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena and continues to teach industrial design at the graduate level.


Scott Dickerson, Head of Production and Operations

Scott Dickerson is an operations and production executive with extensive experience delivering large-scale live and location-based entertainment across global markets.

He has led production, operations, and facility strategies for touring shows, live events, and permanent installations, overseeing complex logistics, large workforces, and multi-market execution.

Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Global Production and Operations at NEON, he directed production strategies for a portfolio of touring experiences including Jurassic World Live and Harry Potter across multiple continents. He also played a key role in the development and operation of entertainment venues in London, Tokyo, and Bangkok.

Prior to NEON, Dickerson served as Senior Vice President of Florida Operations and Show Support at Feld Entertainment, where he led teams supporting major live events and branded experiences, including the 2020 WNBA season under COVID protocols and projects such as Trolls: The Experience and Nickelodeon’s Slime City.

Across his career, Dickerson has managed large-scale budgets, regulatory environments, and global teams, with a focus on disciplined execution and operational delivery.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University and is a member of the International Association of Venue Managers.
